How's life? It's been forever since my last post! đ
Sakina is doing many things right now! I continue my study (and actually it's a half done now, so please pray for me!), I apply for the job, doing my business, and make more friends. đ
Do you think that doing some different things at the same time burn you out?
They're actually the kinds of things you love and you enjoy, but somehow it feels (at least a bit) overwhelming.
Is it just me? đ đ
One day, I decided to take a rest for a few days, just for calming my mind and re-direct my energy. But then, I enjoyed it a bit too much. đŖ
While at another time, I felt so exhausted.
Did it happen to you too? đ
Well, I guess I didn't put my priority right, nor I didn't do well-balanced time management.
Or, maybe I put stressors in my mind too much. That's why things don't succeed with the best result. Do you sometimes have a moment when you don't do your to-do-list properly? đ đ
Is it because there's a challenge you avoid? Is it because of your comfort zone, and you're refusing to step out of it?
Is it because you are lack of motivation? Do you need some role models and support system?
Or is it because you are in "Gudetama" mode on? đđ
Any question pops out when you analyze it, it's important to really put your attention on them because they will lead you to the solutions that you may need if you're trapped in this situation. When you find the answer, I think that's the moment we can make our healthy balance in doing anything in our life. It can be jobs, school, family time, pet time, and of course a me-time for ourselves.
A healthy balance is something we always need to have so we can do everything, even the multitasks, much better. đ
I'm trying to balance mine in healthy portion too! So, I guess I also need to ask those questions above to myself, lol.
And when the challenges come, it's important to stay calm and not put too much stress about it. At least, just make it an eustress and not a distress. đ
