Giordani Gold Iconic Lip Elixir SPF 15 ♡ Coral Hibiscus & Poppy Pink

Udah nyobain lipstick baru dari premium makeup line Oriflame, yaitu Giordani Gold? Atau masih cari-cari review sambil mempertimbangkan bakal order atau not yet? Well, setelah baca review ini kalian bisa memutuskan apakah lipstick ini worthy atau nggak (^_^). Keep on reading! ❣

Setelah resmi hadir di katalog Desember 2018, akhirnya Giordani Gold Iconic Lip Elixir SPF 15 yang saya order datang juga. Ini adalah produk yang saya tunggu-tunggu launching-nya di Indonesia setelah melihat foto Kaka Niek dan Kak Nanta, founder M3Network berfoto di satu-satunya toko Oriflame di dunia yang berdiri megah di Stockholm, Swedia. Di sana, Kak Niek membagikan foto produk-produk yang belum rilis di Indonesia, dan salah satunya adalah lip elixir ini. Makanya saya sangat antusias untuk mencobanya. (^_^)

Kemasan
Pertama-tama, mari kita bahas kemasannya. Sesuai dengan konsep dan citra dari Giordani Gold, kemasan dari Giordani Gold Iconic Lip Elixir SPF 15 ini terlihat mewah. Sepertinya ini adalah liquid lip matte dengan kemasan paling elegan yang saya miliki. Box-nya berwarna hitam dan emas khas Giordani Gold, adapun kemasan bagian dalam sebagaimana terlihat pada gambar. Tube-nya berwarna hitam glossy dengan aksen gradasi sesuai warna produk pada bagian bawah. Aplikatornya berbentuk miring, cukup presisi untuk mengaplikasikan produk ke seluruh bibir, termasuk di bagian sudut bibir. Aplikator seperti ini juga mendukung aplikasi secara full lips maupun gradient lips.

Tekstur
Teksturnya seperti minyak. Ketika baru diaplikasikan langsung terasa bahwa lipstick ini lembap di bibir. And yes, it is! Lip elixir ini terasa lembap karena ada kandungan Argan Oil-nya. Anehnya, formulanya juga terasa ringan, nyaris seperti nggak pakai apapun di bibir. Nggak ada rasa lengket ataupun sensasi "ketarik" di bibir seperti kebanyakan liquid matte lipstick atau lipcream. Nyaman pokoknya! Selain itu, produk ini negeset-nya cukup cepat, nggak perlu menunggu lama sampai hasil akhir matte-nya muncul. Berita bagusnya, selain ngeset cepat, lip elixir ini juga mudah diratakan. Di katalog sendiri tertulis bahwa produk ini cukup diaplikasikan sekali saja, dan saya mematuhinya. xD
Memang sih, lip elixir ini mampu meng-cover seluruh bibir dalam sekali swipe, jadi nggak perlu ambil produknya dua kali. Tinggal diratain aja. Saya belum mencoba buat bereksperimen, sih, tentang apa yang terjadi kalau kita aplikasikan produknya lebih dari sekali. Apakah lip elixir ini akan menggumpal di bibir? Apakah teksturnya jadi pecah? Well, mungkin saya akan melakukan uji coba setelah bikin review ini, cuma buat memuaskan keingintahuan aja. :D

Apa Sih Elixir Itu?
Sebagian dari kita mungkin masih merasa asing dengan istilah elixir atau elixir skincare. Nah, produk yang akan kita bahas kali ini adalah lip elixir. Tapi apa, sih, sebenarnya elixir itu? Dilansir dari Beautynesia, Basically,  elixir adalah ramuan atau "potion" yang mengandung berbagai jenis minyak. Elixir biasanya juga mengandung infusi herbal, ekstrak tumbuhan, dan berbagai bahan lain yang berguna untuk kulit, seperti ceramide dan hyaluronic acid. Selain menghidrasi kulit, elixir juga dapat mengatasi masalah dan menutrisi kulit dan membuatnya lebih cerah, bersih, dan lembap.

Pilihan Warna, Pigmentasi, dan Ketahanan
Lip elixir ini punya 8 pilihan warna yang cantik; terdiri dari 1 warna nude, 5 warna cerah, dan 2 warna bold. Kira-kira seperti ini: (^-^)

Saya sendiri punya 2 shade ini:

Poppy Pink (33802): medium bright pink yang cocok buat hangout ataupun acara formal. ♡

Coral Hibiscus (33801): pink orange yang langsung bikin wajah kelihatan segar. ♡

Bicara soal pigmentasi, lip elixir ini tergolong pigmented dan full coverage, tidak ada kecenderungan patchy. Formula yang transferproof membuat produk ini lebih tahan lama. Dipakai buat makan roti sobek dan roti kismis juga masih cantik warnanya. (^_^) Ketika saya uji coba dengan makan lontong opor, lapisan warnanya sedikit hilang dan agak transfer ke gelas karena terkena minyak dari makanan. Berita bagusnya, lip elixir ini meninggalkan stain di bibir! Jadi walaupun warnanya jadi agak pudar setelah kena makanan berminyak (artinya tidak hilang/memudar sepenuhnya), warnanya masih terlihat cerah. Saya sendiri suka dengan tipe produk seperti ini, karena semakin lama warnanya akan semakin menyatu di bibir, membuatnya terlihat lebih natural, bahkan ketika memakai warna-warna bold. Gambar di atas adalah swatch tangan dan full lips, tapi kayaknya lip elixir ini juga bagus dijadikan gradient lips. Saya akan update setelah mencobanya! (^^)

Overall Review
Giordani Gold Iconic Lip Elixir SPF 15 ini recommended! Hal-hal yang membuat lip elixir ini layak beli adalah sebagai berikut:
(+) memiliki ingredients yang merawat bibir, salah satunya adalah Argan Oil yang membuat produk ini sangat nyaman dipakai.
(+) dilengkapi dengan SPF 15. It's a real deal!
(+) pilihan warnanya cerah dan cantik, bikin wajah kelihatan segar. Kalau kalian pecinta warna nude dan memiliki kompleksi warna kulit cenderung dingin atau cool undertone, lip elixir ini punya varian warna Praline Nude yang akan terlihat cantik. (^_^)
(+) Pigmentasi dan coverage-nya bagus, smooth, dan nggak patchy.
(+) Tahan lama, transferproof, dan nge-stain di bibir.

Meskipun bukan benar-benar sisi minus dari lip elixir ini, beberapa hal berikut bisa jadi pertimbangan kalian:
(-) Pilihan warna nude-nya masih terbatas, hanya satu warna, dan kurang cocok di warna kulit warm undertone atau cenderung hangat. Soalnya dari foto swatches yang saya lihat, warna Praline Nude ini banyak unsur spektrum putihnya. Warna kulit saya sendiri sebenarnya neutral undertone, dan saya nggak yakin apakah warna ini bakal terlihat bagus di saya atau nggak (padahal sebenarnya pengin juga order warna ini, huhu <sup>"). Tapiii balik lagi, kalau kalian suka dan merasa cocok dengan warna ini, apapun undertone kalian, just go for it! Cusss order! :D

(-) Harga non-diskon alias harga aslinya mungkin agak mahal bagi sebagian orang. Meskipun demikian, salah seorang senior (upline) saya mereview bahwa kualitas lip elixir ini sebanding dengan Kylie yang harganya IDR 500 ribuan. Wow! Kalau teman-teman ingin mendapatkan lip elixir ini dengan harga yang lebih murah, belilah pada saat diskon atau promo. Kalian juga bisa menjadi konsultan Oriflame untuk mendapatkan harga lebih murah dari harga diskon katalog. Nah, mumpung bulan ini (Desember 2018) sedang promo dengan harga perkenalan, saya rekomendasikan kalian untuk segera mencobanya! (^-^)

(-) Jenis makanan dan cara kita makan juga berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan produk ini di bibir kita. Well, seumur-umur kenal makeup, saya sendiri belum pernah benar-benar menemukan lip product yang nggak geser sama sekali ketika bersentuhan dengan makanan berminyak.</sup>

(-) Kondisi bibir tetap berpengaruh pada performa keseluruhan yaa guys! ^^ Lip elixir ini nggak mengaksentuasi dry patches atau garus-garis bibir, tapi tetap bakal terlihat lebih bagus kalau bibir kita dalam keadaan lembut, sehat, dan well-exfoliated. (^^)

A New Look (^ - ^)

Salaam everyone!

Alhamdulillah, I'm so happy! Finally, Ichigo Diary got a new header. 😄(^_^)
It has been a long time ago since I had thought about some cute refreshment of my blog. xD

Hello there! Thank you, I forever love you♡

I've looked for some themes, but I don't find one that suits my style, sorry! (>_<)
I've thought about changing the header too, actually changing the header can be a simple refreshment with great impact, right? ♡

And yes, it's true! I found this cute print from Baby, The Stars Shine Bright. It's called "The Pop Up Labyrinth" series. As you can see, it has the print of Sleeping Beauty story, so cute and beautiful. ♡

I pick this print as my header because it looks so classically beautiful yet magical, as same as the fairytale itself. I think it represents a beautiful wish that somehow everything's gonna be fine, even though it doesn't seem so right now. A happy ending is real, as real as your beautiful dream about it. That's why I put a new description of this blog, "Sweet Dream, Sweet Life," because I believe in that. (^_^)

And look at the book written "Sleeping Beauty" on it! I think the book is very suitable with the image and concept of a "diary". ♡◇♤♧

With the beautiful Sleeping Beauty, pink colors, castle, and roses, it's so lovable, isn't it? (^_^)
Well, maybe the picture is less Ichigo (strawberry) than before, but the concept of strawberry cuteness and sweetness will be here and stay! So, don't worry. ♡

Bussy Days ☆

Salaam everyone!

How's life? It's been forever since my last post! 😀

Sakina is doing many things right now! I continue my study (and actually it's a half done now, so please pray for me!), I apply for the job, doing my business, and make more friends. 😊

Do you think that doing some different things at the same time burn you out?

They're actually the kinds of things you love and you enjoy, but somehow it feels (at least a bit) overwhelming.

One day, I decided to take a rest for a few days, just for calming my mind and re-direct my energy. But then, I enjoyed it a bit too much. 🐣
While at another time, I felt so exhausted.

Did it happen to you too? 😂

Well, I guess I didn't put my priority right, nor I didn't do well-balanced time management.

Or, maybe I put stressors in my mind too much. That's why things don't succeed with the best result. Do you sometimes have a moment when you don't do your to-do-list properly? 😅😂

Is there a time when you procrastinate a lot? When it happens, it's necessary to analyze why that happens. Is it because you don't enjoy what you do?
Is it because there's a challenge you avoid? Is it because of your comfort zone, and you're refusing to step out of it?

Is it because you are lack of motivation? Do you need some role models and support system?
Or is it because you are in "Gudetama" mode on? 😁😂

Any question pops out when you analyze it, it's important to really put your attention on them because they will lead you to the solutions that you may need if you're trapped in this situation. When you find the answer, I think that's the moment we can make our healthy balance in doing anything in our life. It can be jobs, school, family time, pet time, and of course a me-time for ourselves.

A healthy balance is something we always need to have so we can do everything, even the multitasks, much better. 😊

I'm trying to balance mine in healthy portion too! So, I guess I also need to ask those questions above to myself, lol.

And when the challenges come, it's important to stay calm and not put too much stress about it. At least, just make it an eustress and not a distress. 😊

Rainy Fall Season ( ^ ^ )

Hi there, everyone!

So, I guess it's more than a year since my last post, right? I hope all of you are doing well! (^_^)

Well, so...
I don't actually know what I'm gonna talk about in this post, lol. xD
It's just because I'm in my free time now, and I miss writing stuff in my dearest blog so much. (*^-^*)

But I don't have any topics or materials to write right now!

So, I guess I just wanna wish you a happy life and good luck. (^ ^)

Oh, by the way, it is the month of autumn, right? In the country I live, we don't have four seasons, so some of us haven't seen autumn in real life!

When we're talking about autumn, I bet most of us think about those dark colored-trees with golden leaves. Sometimes the wind blows them, and they fall to make a golden carpet. Or, even it's not only golden leaves but also red, yellow, dark green, and brown. All of them are beautiful!

I live in the country wherein this month, the rain falls almost every day, in the afternoon or in the evening. Sometimes it comes as a soft showering, and sometimes it rains hard! The wind blows so strong and you cannot go anywhere but stay in the room. xD

When the sun shines again and it finally appears from the clouds, you'll find it feels nice, right? :)
It doesn't feel so hot like usual, there's a bit of cool air in the scene. The smell of the wet soil is also nice. :)

Well, actually I'm a rain girl. :)
Especially, for a kind of rain that subtle and softly showering, when you'll think about grabbing a cup of hot chocolate, some warm food, and have a good stay watching TV or reading some books, or just doing your calming, indoor hobbies!

Have you heard the song by Kanon Wakeshima, Skip Turn Step?
It's not her new song, but actually, this song is one of my favorites! The song is about dancing in the rain. The lyrics, instruments, and the arrangements are also classically beautiful. :)

Although I'm saying that I'm a rain girl, I don't hesitate to go out and have fun under the sun! :D

We understand that a rainy season doesn't feel fine for some people, for example for people who prefer a non-rainy day because of their job. Well, it can be frustrating, though.

But let's hope and wish for the best in the rainy season, just as with the sunny days! Whatever it may happen, let's do our best. :)

How to Manage A Lolita Closet ♡

For a long time I've actually loved seeing many cute things and designs, and because Lolita (for some people) is not only a fashion, it means that everyone actually can live it to the heart as a lifestyle! 

I'm sure that some of you are a beginner Lolita (like me), or cute things-lover that have a passion for kawaii things. For a beginner Lolita, managing a starter closet can gain a lot of effort, even for a non-Lolita! As a Lolita tends to search some inspirations from the Lolita senoritas, looking for ideas about how to manage our closet sounds good. 

For a starter guide, I've got you some inspirations from Google and make some conclusions, lol. xD

Here are some observations I've got, I'd start it from a room of a real Lolita, Misako Aoki. These are some captures of her room, but you can see a part of her closet as well. She changes the layout of her room several times, regularly I guess, but these pictures show us how Misako-chan manages her closet. 

Misako-chan prefers to hang up her lolita dresses because with this way she can keep her dresses sleek and well-organized. 

The other photos are picked up randomly by me from Google. These rooms and the closets are belong to cute girls out there. Prepare your eyes to look at more cuteness of pink closets! 

The key is, make everything visible! It's useful to help you choose and decide your coordinate better, so your overall fashion will be well coordinated. You can match your dress or jumper skirt with the matching socks, bag, wrist cuffs, and other accessories easily.  

You don't even need a very big space to manage a Lolita closet like those pictures above! You can maximize your space to keep your Lolita fashion stuff, included the accessories. Can you see how Misako-chan use her window to put her accessories on? It's useful as cute decoration too!  

Hang up your clothes is a bright idea to solve any problem of closet space. From those pictures I've found, these cute girls hang up their clothes. You can do it too.  

But can we apply that to a basic, non-Lolita clothes?
